The delivery time consists of two stages:
Processing Time: Orders will be checked, approved, and packed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Your package is then prepared for transport.
Delivery Time: Once the package has been picked up by our carrier:
USA, Canada: 5–8 business days
Europe, UK: 6–9 business days
Australia: 6–9 business days
Rest of the world: 9–12 business days
Shipping is done by local post or courier.
All delivery times are exclusive of customs processing.
Please note that delays may occur during peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or local public holidays.
We offer free premium shipping to our customers worldwide.
All prices displayed on our website include applicable duties, import taxes, and customs fees for the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
This means you will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery. All customs duties, import taxes, and related charges are fully covered by our company.
In the rare event that a shipment is held, delayed, or refused by customs authorities, no extra cost will be charged to the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to a customs refusal, we will offer either a refund or a reshipment, depending on the situation, at no additional cost to the customer.

Once the package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website.
For logistical reasons, some orders may be shipped in multiple partial deliveries.

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment warehouses located in Asia.
For customers who select Fast Shipping, orders may also be shipped from our U.S. warehouses, subject to product availability at the time of purchase.
Shipping times vary depending on the selected shipping method and stock availability:
Standard Shipping: dispatched from our Asian warehouses with estimated delivery times provided at checkout.
Fast Shipping (when available): dispatched from our U.S. warehouses for quicker delivery.
